If you have acne there is a problem on the inside. Which means allergies. Often those that suffer have to go on a detox, preferably eating fruit, vege, seeds etc ... for one month although the time depends on the how much acne one has. For moderate acne I would give it a couple of months and so on ... once you start to see an improvement in your skin and you are comfortable enough try reintroducing sugar for one week but remember to eat it moderately you don't want to undo all the good you have done then the following week take the sugar back out and try the diary, take out that back out in the third week and give the wheat a whirl and so on ... when you see a reaction to something say for instance you get tiny whitheads from eating sugar you know that is the problem and that you have to stay clear of it for quite a while.

From experience whatever you do DO NOT overdry your skin. Putting too much on breakouts will actually make your skin worse. I know that sometimes this doesn't feel to make much sense but please believe me it's true. Moisurising your skin is the best thing that you can do find something that it light enough to provide you with the hydration that you need I find that for me Avene works well and it's priced at a fairly resonable price.

Next make sure that you drink at leasr 2L of water a day it's hard but just tell yourself that you need to do it because you want to look amazing and have that confidence back that you once had.

There are other things that one can take whilst on the raw food diet...just google and your'll find everything that you need to know :)

Hope this helps

These suggestions are for mild acne. They don't even begin to touch what I have. Does anyone know how to treat severe acne?
